RaW Talks
(Keynotes and speaking)

Whether you need a 10‑minute TED‑style talk sharing how personal recovery has influenced my life and work, or a 1.5‑hour session exploring recovery, its benefits, and where people can find further support, each talk can be
tailored to your organisation, audience, and available time.

These sessions provide a clear, accessible introduction to personal recovery and what it offers, helping people understand the principles, hear lived‑experience insight, and consider how recovery may support them in their everyday lives.

What recovery actually is, what it isn’t, and why it matters at work.

  • Recovery at work
How recovery shows up in communication, boundaries,
    decision‑making, performance, and culture.

  • Lived experience voice
Insight grounded in real personal experience, illustrating
how recovery can change both personal and professional and life.

  • Recovery‑informed language
Shifting the way people communicate to reduce stigma
and support autonomy, empowerment and choice.

  • Moving forward
Signposting to further resources and recovery‑focusedsupport.
Referencing a personal recovery pack (where commissioned).

  • Questions
Space for reflection and audience questions.

This session includes guided reflection, group-based working, practical next steps, and lived‑experience insight.

The half‑day session provides a strong, accessible foundation in personal recovery and how it supports people in life, at home, and at work.
